Return & refund Policy

At Kaski, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase of our Premium Swiss Chocolate Brownies. All products are carefully packaged and shipped to the provided shipping address. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, we have established the following return and refund policies.

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the items you have received, please reach out to our customer care team within 24 hours at support@kaski.ae.Due to the perishable nature of our products, all complaints and requests for replacements must contain evidence, such as photographs or video, and any unused portion must be returned in its original packaging. 

Kaski reserves the right to approve or deny refunds or exchanges based on the following:

  • The product arrived heavily damaged upon delivery.
  • An incorrect item was delivered.
  • The order was delivered late outside the requested delivery timing.

Kaski is not liable for the following: 

  • An incorrect or invalid delivery address.
  • The receiver cannot be contacted.
  • Failure to provide us with an updated address at least 24 hours prior to delivery date.

Refunds:

All refunds issued by Kaski are made back to the mode of payment within 30 days of the refund request.
